Use of a color chart to assist in paint choices
Remove all blinds, shades, drapes, and curtains from windows
Roll-up any rugs and cover carpets and exposed flooring with drop cloths
Move all furniture into center of the room to be covered
Remove all pictures and any other wall hangings
Mask woodwork, if necessary
Remove all switch and outlet covers
Protect all ceiling fans and lights
Repair all nail holes and cracks (Specified in bid)
Prep all painted surfaces
Caulk base boards
Daily Clean-up
